Import this into my Revolut wallet
Added 62 transactions. The 4 top-ups from Chase went in as transfers, and Revolut now shows 412.30 EUR, same as the statement.
What tags should I use?
Your most repeated notes are “lunch” (46), “uber” (31), “netflix” (12) and “gift” (9). I’d add four tags: Work lunch, Rides, Subscriptions and Gifts. Want me to create them and tag the 98 matching transactions?

I recorded your 32 USD as Eating out and put 32 USD on each of Anna’s and Tom’s debts. Anna now owes you 74 USD in total.
My categories are a mess. What should I merge?
Groceries, Supermarket and Food overlap: 214 transactions between them. I’d merge Supermarket into Groceries and keep Food for eating out. Taxi and Uber overlap too. Merge them into Transport?
What subscriptions am I paying for?
8 payments repeat monthly, 108.94 EUR in total. The biggest are the gym (39.00), Netflix (12.99) and Spotify (10.99). iCloud went up from 0.99 to 2.99 in July.

I’m back from Georgia. What did the trip cost in euros?
Transactions tagged Georgia add up to 1,420 GEL and 380 EUR, so 868 EUR at today’s rates. The biggest was the Tbilisi hotel, 290 EUR.

Bring over last year from my old app
That’s 1,180 rows in 3 currencies. I matched “Cash” to your Cash wallet and “Card” to Chase. “Savings” and “Wallet GEL” don’t exist in Rivaire yet. Create them before I import?

Set up
Connect in a minute
Paste one URL into your assistant and approve it in Rivaire. There’s no API key to copy and nothing to install
Claude
In Customize → Connectors, choose Add custom connector and paste the URL
ChatGPT
Turn on developer mode in Settings, then create a connector with the URL
Rivaire then opens and asks what the assistant may do. Claude Code and other MCP clients connect the same way
Permissions
You decide what it can touch
Before you press Allow, Rivaire asks two things. Both start on, and you can change them later by connecting again
Read or write
With writes off, it can only look. With writes on, it can add, fix and delete transactions, categories, tags and plans, and Rivaire tells it to ask you before each change
Amounts
With amounts off, it works from names, dates and notes, and every number comes back blank. With amounts on, Rivaire decrypts them for this connection only, so unlock them on the device you approve from
Neither switch lets it move money. Rivaire keeps records and has no access to your bank

A sealed key
Amounts are encrypted on your device. A connection with amounts on holds its own sealed copy of your key, and Rivaire decrypts amounts in memory for its requests only
Your conversation
Rivaire sees the assistant’s requests, not your chat. What the tools return goes to Anthropic, OpenAI or whoever runs your assistant, under their privacy policy
Disconnecting
Remove a connection in Settings → API and it stops working at once. Removing it only in Claude or ChatGPT leaves it active in Rivaire
